Hours Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week [ Click Apply] (can be flexible with start / finish times) Salary This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £32346 per annum FTE - depending on experience. What you'll be doing As a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker, your responsibilities will vary. You will Be working with other members of the team that you are part of, assessing needs of patients and assessing risks accordingly. Whilst undertaking your role. Provide outstanding evidence based care to a case load of psycho social patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them. You will provide a programme of psycho social interventions, along with information and advice on substance misuse, alcohol, smoking cession, blood borne viruses and safe sex practices.
