Familiar with the ever-changing Apprenticeship standards within the Construction industry and have experience of supporting assessors in the implementation and development of these. Excellent administrative skills and the ability to ensure compliance to both college and funding procedures. Excellent communications skills with apprentices, employers, lecturers, and internal teams. Duties/responsibilities: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of apprenticeship programs. Ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards, funding rules, and organisational policies. Ensure that your assessors deliver high quality reviews and assessments that promote and assure Nescot core values to protect and enhance the Colleges reputation. Monitor construction apprentices progress and ensure timely completion of qualifications. Working with the College Apprenticeship team to conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards.
