We are seeking additional Zero Hours and Consultant Residential Surveyors in Northern Ireland to support the growing volume of Mortgage Valuation work relied upon by the UK\'s leading lenders. Because of our size and the large network of lenders we service, we offer concise postcode coverage with less travel time between surveys and more time to complete the day job.
Because work/life balance and flexibility are important, we welcome applications from surveyors interested in Consultancy or Flexible Hours agreements. An excellent fee split is available for those working on a ZH or Consultancy basis.

Responsibilities
* Support the processing of Mortgage Valuation work for lenders within the Northern Ireland region.
* Provide timely, accurate residential surveying input to meet client and regulatory expectations.
* Coordinate surveys with minimal travel time due to postcode coverage advantages.
* Engage in flexible working arrangements including consultancy and zero-hours opportunities.
Qualifications
* Qualified residential surveyor with relevant professional accreditation.
* Experience in mortgage valuations or residential surveying preferred.
* Ability to work on a consultancy or flexible hours basis.
