Your new role
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to your teaching style across multiple year groups
2. Build a positive, inclusive classroom that drives pupil progress and confidence
3. Maintain continuity by following existing schemes of work and adapting plans when necessary
4. Collaborate with school teams to ensure smooth cover during staff absences
5. Confidently manage behaviour and promote respectful, positive interactions
6. Adapt quickly to different school cultures, policies, and teaching frameworks
What you'll need to succeed
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching within primary education
8. Strong classroom management skills with a proactive, flexible mindset
9. Excellent interpersonal abilities to build rapport swiftly with pupils and colleagues
10. Confidence navigating a variety of teaching environments and curricula
11. Availability for long-term placements starting immediately, after October half-term or in January
