About Baltic Yard

* Hours: 40per week
* Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday
What You’ll Do
As part of the on-site Resident Services Team, you’ll be a key face of Baltic Yard, delivering an outstanding resident experience from first interaction to daily living. You’ll support everything from welcoming new tenants to ensuring communal spaces are inviting and well-maintained.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
* Front of house: Greet residents and guests, manage deliveries, and be the go-to contact for everyday enquiries.
* Resident experience: Support resident engagement through events, social media updates, and communications via the residents’ portal.
* Viewings & move-ins: Conduct apartment tours, complete Right to Rent/KYC checks, issue keys, and handle inventories.
* Amenity spaces: Coordinate bookings and keep lounges, gyms, bin stores, car parks and cycle stores clean and safe.
* Maintenance & inspections: Log repairs, carry out inspections and security patrols, and support contractor access.
* Compliance: Assist with H&S testing, site logs, and ensuring all spaces meet company safety standards.
* Shift cover & handovers: Provide clear end-of-shift reports and step in where flexibility is needed across the team.
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking/database systems
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A genuine passion for delivering first-class customer service
Desired:
* Background in residential lettings, hospitality or property management
* Understanding of Right to Rent regulations and tenancy compliance
