Counter Assistant – WHSmith – Southampton
Contract Type: Permanent
Working hours: 4-hour Sunday shift, with a flexible working pattern for the rest of the contract.
About the Role:
As a Counter Assistant in one of our Post Office Stores, you’ll provide exceptional customer service to connect people across miles and time, organise travel money and documents, and handle bills and banking. We want our customers and colleagues to be proud to share their journeys with us.

1. Deliver excellent customer service to all customers.
2. Manage queues and ensure quick and simple access to services.
3. Maintain high standards of governance and attention to detail.
