Are you a dedicated and experienced care professional looking for a rewarding role in a respected residential care home in Poole? We are currently recruiting a Senior Care Assistant – Days to join a spacious and elegant care home on Sandbanks Road, Poole, Dorset.

The Role
As a Senior Care Assistant – Days, you will:
Support residents with personal care needs while promoting dignity and independence
Assist with daily living activities and encourage social engagement
Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your experience and knowledge
Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report any concerns
Maintain accurate care documentation
Promote a safe, welcoming, and homely environment
About You
Previous care experience essential, with some experience in a senior or mentoring role preferred
NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care desirable
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
