Job Overview
Recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis covering areas in KT/TW postcodes. Pay £21.40 per hour (CIS with van and fuel card supplied). Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Complete a range of multi trade repairs including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering and decorating repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties as well as associated works.
* Be customer focused.
Qualifications
* Have a relevant trade qualification.
* Have a Basic DBS Check (will need to be carried out if successful).
