What You'll Do
* Lead and motivate the front-of-house team with a visible floor presence.
* Oversee both restaurant and bar operations, including cocktails and service flow.
* Drive performance through training, coaching, and team incentives.
* Manage bookings, budgets, forecasting, and labour control.
* Deliver unforgettable guest experiences every day.
