Lochee Medical Practice is looking to recruit a Practice Nurse to join our friendly team based in Dundee. Lochee Medical Practice operates under a 2c arrangement with NHS Tayside.
We are looking to recruit a proactive Practice Nurse who will work in partnership with the Practice Manager, Clinical Lead GP and Senior Practice Nurse.
As part of supporting the practice development plan and RCGP 2022 Vision for General Practice, your role will facilitate the nurse-led management of long term conditions delivered to our practice population with a person centred focus and safe, effective evidence based care.
You will be a registered nurse who has the ability to work autonomously, be an excellent team player and have commitment to professional development. We have a strong team ethos and fully support training and education requirements for practice development.
It is important that you can work as part of a team and a degree of flexibility will be required with regards to work patterns.
Hours of work are 18 hours per week, worked over 4 days.
