Management Accountant (Progression to Financial Controller)£40,000 – £55,000York region
An established British manufacturing business is looking for a Management Accountant with genuine succession into a future Financial Controller role. You’ll work closely with the current FC and gain increasing exposure to the MD as you grow.
The role includes:
* Monthly management accounts
* Cashflow & treasury management
* Business-wide financial reporting
* Budgets & forecasting
* Payroll
* Sales & purchase ledger
* Supervising a Business Administrator
What you’ll bring:
* Strong technical accounting skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Excellent organisational ability
* Desirable: Sage 200, Sage Payroll, Microsoft skills, CIMA/ACCA or QBE
