New Homes Sales Consultant – Leading Developer
Location: Shrivenham (with travel to Didcot & Purton)
Salary: £35,000 basic | £60,000 OTE
We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading new homes developer, for an ambitious and customer-focused New Homes Sales Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a respected brand, working across multiple developments in Shrivenham, Didcot and Purton.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to completion.
* Manage the full sales journey, including reservations, progression and aftercare.
* Conduct development tours and present show homes to prospective buyers.
* Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with purchasers.
* Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth process.
Requirements
* Previous experience in new homes sales is essential.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* Flexibility to work weekends and travel between sites.
* Full UK driving licence required.
