We are working on behalf of a property platform seeking to appoint a Part-Time Residential Asset Manager to oversee and drive performance across a residential portfolio.
This is a hands-on, residential focused role combines strategic asset management with operational oversight. It would suit an experienced residential professional seeking a three-day-per-week position with real ownership and accountability.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering asset strategies and maximising portfolio performance, including:
• Marketing, leasing and disposal of residential units
• Managing rent reviews, lease events and tenancy documentation
• Driving occupancy and minimising void periods
• Setting service charge budgets and overseeing cost control
• Overseeing reactive and planned maintenance programmes
• Managing statutory compliance
• Working closely with FM teams, agents and contractors
• Preparing reporting for Capital Committee and Board review
• Supporting bi-annual valuations and annual budgeting processes
This role requires someone comfortable operating across both strategic and operational levels, with strong organisational capability and attention to detail.
