About the role
As the Senior Content Marketing Manager at Ecologi, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and
evolving our content strategy as we scale our impact and move further upmarket in targeting
larger enterprises. This role is perfect for a hands-on strategic thinker and exceptional storyteller who understands how to engage larger organisations 250 FTE+ delivering high-quality content that positions Ecologi as a trusted industry partner and climate leader to senior sustainability professionals audiences, while aligning closely with our commercial and impact objectives and brand voice.

Working closely with our Marketing, Impact, Product and Commercial teams, you'll ensure our
content directly supports business objectives and accurately reflects our climate expertise. This
role will help elevate existing marketing campaigns ensuring that all distribution channels are
being leveraged, from traditional content marketing to innovative AI-powered social selling
approaches that resonate with enterprise audiences.

The day-to-day
* You represent the Ecologi brand, our values and tone of voice ensuring our brand shines
through consistently in everything we do.
* Being an expert in sustainability thought leadership yourself, you push our company
thought leadership agenda forward through external and internal collaborators
* Driving the weekly and monthly content planning cycle by collaborating with our two
Designers in our Ecologi Creative Studio as well as inter-departmental stakeholders from
our Commercial, Partnerships, Impact and Product teams.
* Owning and developing our content strategy, cascading into creating and developing
content with the wider team by staying up to date with climate news to ensure we are
seen as a leading climate action brand
* Driver of the end-to-end production of all required forms of content including video
campaigns, thought leadership white papers, blogs, social media posts.
* Develop and manage the marketing content calendar executing our content across
multiple platforms and channels
* Working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and senior leadership to develop
strategic partnerships, growth and enablement internally and externally
* Understand the Sustainability Persona and B2B audiences including key decision makers
within businesses and ensure content speaks to them on both a rational and emotional
level
* Possible future line management responsibilities for one Content Executive/Apprentice
* Solid understanding of B2B content performance specifically (and how it differs from B2C
content performance) and report back success metrics frequently to the key
stakeholders
* Managing and adhering to a yearly content and creative development budget.
* Working alongside external copywriters, animators, AI tools and content creators
ensuring best-in-class quality and adherence to our brand guidelines
* Providing our CRM specialist with content for our monthly newsletter
Skills and competencies needed for this role
* Extensive experience in producing B2B content strategies within the sustainability
industry
* Experience leading and managing successful content teams including freelancers as well
as managing multichannel brand campaigns such as out-of-home and TV
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional industry-leading engagement resulting in
audience growth; including on all social media platforms (Linkedin, Meta, YouTube etc)
* Experience managing large-scale budgets for campaigns
* Experience with developing/reporting on success metrics
* Great organisational skills, ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time as well as
being reactive to climate news that needs quick reporting
* You have successfully managed and organised cross-functional projects working with
brand agencies on multiple marketing campaigns
* You're a people person - you have the ability to form natural relationships, influence the
narrative and through a passion for our mission, you inspire others to align with our
vision and brand identity
* Data-driven and passionate about implementing change based on data
* Experienced in sourcing and working with freelancers, and creative agencies
