Join a loyal, experienced and supportive HR function within an offshore-focused business in Aberdeen, for an initial period of six months. This operational HR position has responsibility for a sizeable offshore crew, for which prior Advisor-level experience is essential. Start date ASAP.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Managing employee relations casework, supporting Managers and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
* Acting as a focal point for all HR queries from assigned offshore assets.
* Regular engagement with Asset Leaders and wider HR Team (Generalists + Crewing + Recruitment).
* Involvement in career development processes.
* Promoting positive, fit-for-purpose HR throughout the business.
* Supporting process/function improvement project work.
* HRIS management/maintenance.
Applicants to this role require
* Demonstrable experience within the offshore industry.
* Associate CIPD membership or equivalent.
* Advisor-level/ER casework experience.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Quick availability.
