We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated individual to provide support to the consulting team and Director. You will be forward thinking, positive and have a proactive attitude. You will have excellent verbal and written skills, be methodical in your approach to work and have excellent organisational skills. The role is key to the smooth running of the office and to provide support for all aspects of the office function. The suitable candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing and filing incoming/outgoing emails and correspondence, providing administrative support, diary management for the Director and members of the consulting team, booking in jobs, management of invoicing and timesheets for the Director, receiving and processing general enquiries, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email and in person interactions, typing quotes, reports, letters and emails. Efficient and accurate utilization of project management systems to accurately record information relating to jobs and clients, inputting, validating and analysing said data accurately. Maintaining an efficient electronic filing system, both paper and digital. Occasionally assisting with invoicing and generating reports. Management and ordering of office supplies. The individual will be responsible for managing their workload effectively and efficiently.
