Salary: NJC 11-14 £27,269 - £30,060 (FTE), £23,951 - £26,403 (Actual Salary) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits
Hours: 37 per week, 40 weeks per year (Term time + inset days)

Join our team and play a vital role in supporting students at Kingswood Academy. Our Teaching Assistants provide high-quality support and champion effective teaching strategies.
You’ll be able to:
* Support and adapt learning for pupils in any phase.
* Be robust, resilient, and proud to assist students facing challenges.
* Be flexible, positive, and compassionate.
You should have:
* Experience working with young people.
* Level 2 functional skills in Maths and English or GCSE grade C/4 and above.
* Passion and enthusiasm for working with young people.
* Training in or willingness to complete Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
This role offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact on young people's lives. We value dedication and skills, and if you do not yet hold a Level 3 qualification, we will support your development through our Apprenticeship Programme.
