Are you a detail-driven analyst passionate about commercial assurance and workforce planning? Do you excel in data accuracy, process improvement, and strategic collaboration?
We are seeking a Senior Cost To Employ Analyst to join our Commercial Services & Assurance team. You will manage and optimise people costs across our alliances.
Your role involves developing and governing Cost to Employ (CTE) rates, ensuring contractual compliance, and supporting strategic workforce decisions. You will collaborate with Finance, HR, and commercial teams to promote consistency, fairness, and efficiency in recruitment and reward practices.
This role combines data analysis, stakeholder engagement, audit oversight, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead approval and governance of CTE rates across all alliances
* Maintain SAP records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
* Conduct annual audits and produce detailed reports
* Oversee the Service Instruction Order (SIO) process for recruitment practices
* Develop and maintain salary bandings for fair hiring
* Provide coaching to improve quality assurance processes
* Support audit readiness and maintain strategic relationships
* Drive improvements in data handling, reporting, and recruitment efficiency
Qualifications & Experience:
* Strong background in commercial data analysis and workforce planning, including Payroll, Salary Sacrifice, and National Insurance thresholds
* Experience with SAP and managing large datasets
* Proven audit leadership and compliance management skills
* Experience working with HR, finance, and commercial teams
Skills & Knowledge:
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* Understanding of reward structures and cost modelling
* Stakeholder influence and process improvement abilities
* Management information systems development and maintenance
