Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Manchester – Hybrid (2-3 days on-site)
Salary: £75,000, plus performance-based bonus
About the Role
Maxwell Bond is partnered with a leading organisation within the Finance industry who operate a product led delivery model. With year-on year growth and after recent investment, they’re looking for a hands-on AI Product Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to own end-to-end product development and work within a collaborative team environment. This is an opportunity for someone who actively builds, prototypes, and delivers commercial outcomes using AI at pace.
Role Overview
This position is focused on taking ideas from concept through to launch and scale, with a clear emphasis on measurable commercial impact.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Bringing new products to market
* Enhancing and optimising existing product performance
* Designing smarter, AI-enabled internal processes
* Identifying and unlocking incremental revenue opportunities
This role requires a Product Manager who is AI-fluent, comfortable using AI tools daily to build, test, and accelerate delivery. You’ll leverage integrations, APIs, and partner ecosystems to create seamless, scalable products.
What you’ll do as a Product Manager:
* Proven experience in a Product role within fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
* A strong track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes, not just shipping features
* AI fluency, you actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work and have experience building or prototyping with LLMs or similar technologies
* Highly data-driven with strong commercial awareness; able to link product decisions to tangible business impact
* Experience optimising and scaling live products, not just launching them
* Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and third-party partners
* High ownership mindset with the ability to make decisions and move quickly
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority
* A problem-solving mindset, motivated by outcomes rather than tasks
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through to scale
* Deliver commercially impactful outcomes, not just feature releases
* Use AI and emerging tooling (including LLMs and agentic workflows) to accelerate product development
* Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions
* Continuously optimise live products, improving adoption, performance, and customer experience
* Identify and remove friction across customer journeys and operational processes
* Ensure products are simple to understand, easy to sell, and operationally scalable
