Due to continued growth, we are looking for an HR Generalist to provide key local HR support for our production site in Campsie, supporting Operational Managers on all aspects of their people strategy. You will be a key member of the HR team supporting large-scale manufacturing operations in Ireland. The role holder will primarily focus on monitoring and providing headcount data across the site to ensure business demands are met and compliance maintained.
Responsibilities
1. Utilize HR and other business systems to build and report on employee KPIs, enabling fact-based decision making by HR and Managers.
2. Monitor HR data for accuracy and quality management.
3. Support the HR team in providing advice, guidance, and support to management and staff in line with company policy and employment legislation across Ireland's manufacturing network.
4. Assist with HR systems integration and change management initiatives.
5. Provide HR support to Managers to assist in staff management and achieving objectives.
6. Help drive HR-related business initiatives and improvements.
7. Identify and evaluate development needs within the business.
8. Support the development and monitoring of departmental development plans.
9. Ensure compliance with HR procedures and assist in their implementation.
10. Coordinate with recruitment providers and hiring managers to recruit qualified candidates.
11. Resolve HR issues efficiently and cost-effectively.
12. Perform HR administration duties and maintain personnel records.
13. Provide data to Payroll for accurate monthly payroll processing.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR-related role with employee relations expertise.
2. HR or relevant degree is advantageous.
3. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion, HCM, and ORC is beneficial.
4. Proficiency in HR databases and MS Office applications.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical & Environmental Demands
Presence on a manufacturing site is required, with PPE and adherence to EHS policies.
Travel
10% travel to other sites in Ireland (Burnfoot or Letterkenny).
