Permanent Logistics Office Administrator – Grays/Tilbury Area – £27,000 | 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and organised Logistics Office Administrator to join a small but busy team of three, based in the Grays/Tilbury area. If you're someone who enjoys a varied role and thrives in a close-knit office environment, this could be a great fit.
What you'll be doing:
* Handling day-to-day admin tasks to help keep the office running smoothly
* Communicating with haulage suppliers and our office in Cyprus (both written and verbal)
* Using Excel to manage and track information – you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable using formulas and working with spreadsheets
* Supporting the team with B2B correspondence
* General office support where needed
What we're looking for:
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Experience within a busy logistics/ transport environment or similar
* Confidence in dealing with suppliers and colleagues across locations
* Solid Excel knowledge
* Someone proactive, friendly, and comfortable working in a small team
Nice to have (but not essential):
* Any experience in shipping, imports or exports – this would be a bonus
