Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 0730-1600 Rate of Pay: £12.21 Per Hour - Pay increase from 6/4/2026 - £12.71 per hour Duties of the Role: > Cutting stock to size - use of machinery and tools [power/manual] > Assembly > Manually moving stock [Weight up to 20KG] > Preparing products > Assembly work using hand and power tools > Measuring stock [use of tape measure] > Quality inspection > Team work and working alone at times Experience needed: > Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is essential > Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team > Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. > Good physical stamina, capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights. > Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a factory setting. > Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
