Salary: Starting at £28,000 + bonuses
Job Purpose: To drive the standard in customer care and to achieve sales figures by delivering a high level of consultative solution selling to internal and external customers. To maintain comprehensive, detailed and timely records.
About you
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally, in a professional manner
* Have the ability to prioritise effectively and be highly organised
* A full driving licence
* Relevant parts experience within motor factors or commercial vehicle industry - working within a franchised dealership parts department would be highly desirable
What you'll do
The primary duties of this position include:
* Meet and exceed sales targets by providing a consultative sales solution to internal and external customers.
* Deliver the necessary level of sales by educating customers in the range of parts and accessories appropriate for their needs.
* Proactively identify new customers, and build an effective and profitable relationship.
* Retain existing customers through effective customer management techniques.
* Maintain electronic and paper records, and ensure they are upto-date at all times.
* Promote and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction in line with the company's vision.
