Position Overview

We have several exciting opportunities, both permanent and fixed-term contracts, for Sponsorship Experience Managers to join our team working on a global multi-city tour.

In these roles, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sponsor (exhibitor) experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will directly manage sponsors/exhibitors and collaborate with clients, vendors, and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery and continuous engagement for sponsors.

You will develop strategic relationships with sponsor accounts to foster long-term, high-value partnerships. Partnering with the sales team, clients, and sponsors, you will understand and align with business objectives, contributing to revenue targets through delivering world-class sponsorship experiences and managing end-to-end sponsor participation in events.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with sponsors/exhibitors, experienced in event, conference sponsorship, or exhibition execution, with strong project management and communication skills. It suits individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy extensive global travel.


Responsibilities

1. Guide sponsors and exhibitors through their participation in client events, managing elements such as booth experiences, digital content, sessions, graphics, and registration, coordinating with client workstreams to execute these elements.
2. Act as the "voice of the sponsor," influencing teams and vendors to prioritize sponsor needs, enhancing both sponsor and attendee experiences.
3. Manage sponsors to successfully execute their sponsorship packages and engagement opportunities, including additional sponsorship elements (MPOs).
4. Collaborate with client teams to identify timelines and execute on package components and marketing opportunities.
5. Develop and implement processes for delivering sponsorship packages and MPOs.
6. Contribute to sponsor readiness materials, content guidance, policies, technical specifications, and key date reviews.
7. Assist in financial management of sponsorship packages, including tracking, forecasting, reporting, and risk mitigation.
8. Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior sponsor decision-makers to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, driving revenue growth and retention.
9. Continuously improve client and sponsor relationships and opportunities through analysis and strategic planning.
10. Provide guidance and share knowledge within project teams, embodying the company's values.


Skills, Experience, and Competencies

* Experience in sponsorship/exhibition execution or relevant transferable skills.
* Proven project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects on time and within budget.
* Experience delivering sponsorship/exhibition packages.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure across multiple events and projects.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity.
* Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem is desirable.

Additional Requirements

* Quiet home working environment.
* Home broadband with minimum 25MB download and 2MB upload speeds.
* Willingness to travel for events approximately 20-30% of the time.
