An opportunity to join the warehouse team at Prysmian Cables in Wrexham as a Finished Goods Operative in our Components business.
JOB ROLE
Also all aspects of Warehouse work to include:
1. Order picking. Order packing. Locating goods into stores. Stock checks. Stock Control.
2. Liaise with Despatch Coordinator by reporting of any issues.
3. Ensure that H&S awareness is present at all times.
4. Housekeeping within the Internal & External Areas around Despatch
5. Driving an FLT to move goods.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
6. Computer literate
7. SAP knowledge preferable but training will be given.
8. FLT Counterbalance, Reach and Order picker. Preferred but training will be given.
9. Must have a head for Heights.
10. Loading and unloading vehicles/trailers.
11. Basic English and Numeracy
THE PERSON
12. Possess a high level of drive and energy, with a strong safety mindset.
13. Self-starter, positive and proactive attitude, prepared to take the initiative and works well under pressure.
14. Team worker with good communication skills
15. FLT experience preferable but not essential as training will be given.
This position is working Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 4.07pm and 8.00am to 3.00pm on a Friday (37 hours per week)
