Your Role
As General Manager you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the 4* Pine Trees Hotel, a member of SLH and East Haugh House, which will launch in the summer of 2026. You will ensure the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and profitability. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, someone with exceptional 4 or 5 Red Star experience, and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
As General Manager you will lead and motivate the hotel team to achieve both immediate goals and long‑term strategy. The focus is on embedding an inspiring team culture, people development, commercial achievement spanning from top line revenue to bottom line profitability, quality and service delivery excellence.
