Overview:
We’re seeking a Transformation Business Process Analyst to lead a strategic initiative aimed at modernising and automating content creation, workflow management, and testing processes. This senior role will analyse current operations, design a future-state operating model, evaluate automation tools, and drive implementation through structured change management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess current workflows and identify bottlenecks using process mapping techniques (BPMN, VSM, SIPOC).
Design a Target Operating Model (TOM) covering processes, roles, governance, and technology.
Evaluate and validate automation and testing tools; lead proof-of-concept activities.
Develop business cases with ROI analysis and phased implementation roadmaps.
Facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders, and manage change adoption strategies.
Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and iterative optimisation.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven Experience in process optimisation, automation strategy, and business analysis.
Strong knowledge of workflow design, BPM principles, and process mapping methodologies.
Expertise in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
Familiarity with automation tools, BI platforms, and testing frameworks.
Strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.
Preferred:
Experience in content operations or data-driven environments.
Exposure to automated testing and self-service BI models.
Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or Change Management.
