At Abbot Fire and Security, we’re looking for a confident and motivated Sales Coordinator / Administrator to join our friendly team. You’ll play a key part in supporting our sales activity – following up on enquiries, talking to customers about their needs, preparing quotes and contracts, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards Abbot Fire and Security is known for. If you’ve dealt with customers over the phone before and want to build on your career, we’ll make sure you’re supported every step of the way. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 – £30,000, along with 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays, your birthday off, and a Company Pension. You’ll work 35 hours per week, 9am–5pm Monday to Friday, in a supportive, friendly environment where your ideas are valued, and your development is encouraged. What you’ll be doing: • Talking to customers and potential clients over the phone, understanding their needs and explaining how we can help • Following up on warm enquiries and turning them into lasting relationships and preparing and sending professional quotations, proposals, and contracts • Setting up new contracts accurately and promptly on our system • Working with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and keeping records updated and providing feedback to the management team We’d love to hear from you if you have: • Confidence speaking with people on the phone in a customer service, admin, or sales role • Some experience in sales or business development – or an interest in learning • Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general admin systems If you have the confidence, drive, and people skills to make an impact, even if you don’t tick every box, we’d still love to hear from you.
