Working closely with Operations, CAPEX, and maintenance teams, you will ensure equipment performs safely and effectively while supporting plant performance and business targets.You will plan, track, and record maintenance activities using SAP-PM in line with the site’s asset care delivery plan. You will collaborate with Operations, Site Management, and Maintenance Planners to deliver plant critical metrics, ensure compliance with maintenance standards, and support effective spare parts and resource management.You will support Manufacturing Excellence (TRACC) and asset care initiatives by leading or contributing to reliability and efficiency improvement workstreams. Through coaching, problem solving, and root cause analysis (RCPS), you will help deliver sustainable improvements and long-term solutions that strengthen operational performance.**Key Accountabilities*** Drive compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standardsat all times.* Ensure all maintenance activity meets relevant regulatory standards within the area.* Work closely with Operations, Maintenance Planners, and Craft teams to deliver mandatory and planned maintenance with minimal disruption to production.* Ensure the right spare parts, materials, and resources are available to implement maintenance plans effectively.* Respond rapidly to breakdowns, diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and lead root cause analysis to minimise downtime.* Record maintenance outcomes accurately and promptly in SAP Manufacturing excellence to support reporting, tracking, and standard practice sharing.* Implement best practice processes and procedures to improve maintenance effectiveness and strengthen cross-functional working.* Attend and lead critical tier meetings,representingasset care and ensuring actions are progressed.* Support and influence electrical improvement workstreams, working with partners to deliver continuous improvement.* Partner with Operations to develop and deliver targeted improvements that increase plant uptime and improve cost competitiveness.* Build role capability by finishing the training in line with the Diageo training matrix.* Take ownership of your own development to strengthen team performance and meet wider business needs.* HNC (desirable)* Time-served Electrical Engineer with proven hands-on maintenance and engineering capability.* Experience gained in an engineering, production, or service environment;additionaltechnical or leadership experience is beneficial but not essential.* Strong communicator who can influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the site.* Good knowledge of reliability-centred maintenance techniques.* Data-driven, with experience using business systems and tools including SAP, Excel, and Word.* Known for professional conduct, a positive mindset, andstrong interpersonal skills.Minimum qualification SVQ Level3 Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.**Flexibility Statement:**This role offers flexibility to work 38 hours over a four-day work week (Monday to Thursday).
