Corporate Intelligence : Investigative Due‑Diligence Analyst
We are seeking a Corporate Intelligence Analyst to support complex cross‑border assignments focused on enhanced due diligence of individuals and companies.
We desire a naturally curious, detail‑oriented, and relentless individual who can combine open‑source research with discreet human enquiries to distil findings into concise analysis and present conclusions confidently to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct in-depth reputational due diligence on companies, investors, and senior executives.
* Map and assess commercial landscapes, industry dynamics, and political / regulatory environments across Europe and beyond.
* Evaluate potential partners, agents, and acquisition targets through structured research and confidential source networks.
* Produce clear analytical reports that withstand legal, regulatory, and boardroom scrutiny.
* Track and interpret regional developments, sanctions regimes, and regulatory trends with direct impact on client sectors.
Candidate Profile
35 years relevant experience which may include:
* Legal practice – litigation support
* Corporate investigations – asset tracing
* Government intelligence, global law enforcement, public prosecutions
Skills & Attributes:
* Strong research and investigative capabilities; ability to connect disparate data points.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – clear, structured, and persuasive.
* Comfort operating in complex, ambiguous, and sensitive environments.
* Adept at working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Possessing knowledge and languages to support work in either MENA or Asia would be advantageous.
Academic Backgrounds:
* History, politics, geography, philosophy, international relations, Middle Eastern or Asian studies.
