CompetenciesServing CustomersActing DecisivelyActing as a Champion for ChangeDeveloping TalentManaging PerformanceCommunicating EffectivelyActing with IntegrityWhat you can expect from CAF • Positive Work Environment: You will work in a positive environment, based on mutual respect and team spirit. • Professional Development: Our projects are often measured in years, sometimes decades, giving you and the organisation a future. • Learning and Autonomy: We will encourage you to work autonomously, being able to propose and decide 'what' and 'how'. • Security and Reliability: CAF has been working for over 100 years on a path that stretches into the future, giving you the security you need. • Cutting-edge technology: You will work with the latest technologies, facing the challenge of devising innovative approaches and solutions every day.What will your role be in the company Responsible for ensuring all depot materials and services are available to facilitate operations and the maintenance activities for the project Monitor and maintain the ERP system, providing quality and accurate information Liaise with Category Managers to ensure correct sourcing of components, the scheduling of OH activities and requirements that comply with specifications Monitor supplier performance against lead times, quality, service and delivery and produce analytics to drive improvement Continually review stock holding levels and set minimum order levels based on stock availability, supplier lead times and consumption rates Liaise with Procurement Department and Suppliers to order materials and services in a timely manner to ensure fleet performance is maintained Participate and coordinate stock taking and control activities with regular review of CAF & Client ERP systems for accuracy Carry out all stores, logistics and procurement related activities in compliance with CAF procedures and ISO and Industry standards Generate analytics and KPI’s for material consumptions and report to Operations Managers and Head of Departments What salary will you be paid for this role As a Real Living Wage Employer, we are proud to pay competitively at CAF. For this role you will be offered a salary of c.£50,000 per annum.
