The post holder will work as a member of the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Team to support the safe delivery of the Flu vaccination & winter wellbeing programme within Harrogate Hospital and community settings across the HDFT footprint.
The aim of the role is to encourage the uptake of the flu vaccine across all staff groups to protect patients and ensure staff remain fit and well during winter.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the delivery of the commissioned programme as delegated by the lead Occupational Health Advisor.
* Assessing, planning, and implementing the delivery of the flu vaccination programme, ensuring all eligible staff are offered the vaccine, either at Harrogate Hospital or community clinics.
* Participating in and promoting the 'keeping well in winter' campaign while delivering flu vaccinations.
