General Classroom TA – PR9 (Southport) Teaching Personnel are recruiting a General TA to support children in a PR9 primary school. You will assist teachers with classroom delivery, pupil engagement, small‑group tasks, and broader support throughout the day. While this is not strictly an SEN role, supporting pupils with additional needs is a key element of the position, and familiarity with SEN strategies—such as using visuals, breaking tasks down, or supporting emotional regulation—will be important. Role Includes: Classroom support in KS1/KS2 Helping pupils stay focused and engaged SEN-related support as needed (ASC, ADHD, SEMH etc.) Supporting core subjects and interventions Encouraging positive behaviour and social skills Pay: £13.75–£14.50 per hour (PAYE) Requirements: Previous TA or school support experience Ability to support SEN pupils confidently Good organisational and communication skills CV required relevant experience Important: ❗ Applications without a CV cannot be considered Contact Morgan – All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
