Billing Operations Manager – Recruitment Agency (FM)
We’re partnering with a specialist Facilities Management recruitment agency to recruit an experienced Billing Operations Manager to oversee and optimise their billing function.
This is a key operational role within a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, ideal for someone with strong management & billing experience with a solid understanding of FM and/or Construction temp recruitment.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing end-to-end billing for temporary recruitment
* Ensuring accurate, timely invoicing across multiple Soft FM contracts
* Leading and developing a billing / operations team
* Working closely with payroll, finance and recruitment teams
* Resolving billing queries and maintaining strong client relationships
* Improving processes, controls and system efficiencies
* Supporting reporting and month-end activities
What we’re looking for:
* Recruitment agency billing or operations experience (essential)
* Background in Soft FM recruitment (cleaning, catering, security, hospitality or support services) not essential but helpful
* Experience with high-volume temp workforce billing
* Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
* Confident systems user (ATS/CRM, payroll and finance systems)
* Team leadership or supervisory experience
