Role Overview
We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented
Email & CRM Executive
to take ownership of lifecycle marketing across the Verto Group. You'll build campaigns that guide leads from first contact to conversion and help nurture lifelong brand loyalty.
You'll work in HubSpot and/or similar CRMs to build automated flows, send newsletters, and implement segmentation strategies that improve open rates, CTR, and conversion. This is a critical role at the intersection of customer experience, sales enablement, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (product updates, brand storytelling, sales flows)
* Build automated lifecycle journeys for each brand — from onboarding to retention
* Manage CRM segmentation, workflows, lead scoring, and triggers
* Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth lead handoffs and optimal conversion
* Write and edit on-brand email copy and CTAs tailored to each audience
* Monitor and report on performance: open rates, click-through, unsubscribes, conversions
* Run A/B tests to improve performance and guide best practices
* Maintain list hygiene, GDPR compliance, and marketing permissions across platforms
What You Bring
* 3-5 years minimum experience in email marketing and CRM management
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools
* Strong copywriting skills and keen attention to detail
* Working knowledge of segmentation logic, data hygiene, and automation triggers
* Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
* Strong interest in tech, property, consumer brands, and sustainability
* Bonus: HTML/CSS knowledge for email templates

Benefits
Type: Full time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Alternatively, we operate flexible working hours between 7am and 6pm e.g. 7am - 4pm, 9am - 6pm etc.
