City of London Finance Initiative (CLFI) is a London-based executive education provider offering specialised training in Corporate Finance, Business Valuation, Corporate Governance, Private Equity, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
We deliver high-quality executive courses through three flexible formats: fully online, hybrid (online content plus a two-day in-person masterclass in London), and in-presence with an intensive three-day programme in the City’s financial district.
To support our growing operations, we are seeking a FP&A to manage and enhance our internal finance function. This is a part-time, flexible role suited to experienced professionals who can work independently and contribute both strategically and operationally to a dynamic education business.
Lead internal budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
Deliver monthly reporting packs and communicate key business drivers to stakeholders
Improve financial processes and implement KPIs and dashboards
Oversee financial processes and support the refinement of internal systems
Contribute to strategic financial planning as the business scales
At least 5 years of experience in finance roles (e.g. FP&A, Finance Controller, Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, Finance Director)
Strong skills in financial planning, reporting, and cost control
Fluency in English, plus working proficiency in Spanish, French, or German
Comfortable working independently in a remote and flexible setting
Experience in education, training, or other knowledge-based service businesses
Familiarity with light financial modelling or dashboard reporting tools
Knowledge of Spanish, French, or German GAAP is a plus
