Salary: £50,000 per annum for 35 hours per week
Location Salisbury/Hybrid
The College of Matrons is a registered almshouse charity, which was established in 1683. It is located in the Salisbury Cathedral Close.
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience and understanding of the problems/needs of the elderly, health and social services,
* A working knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults
* Demonstrable financial literacy
* Experience of change management
* Evidence of effective team management
* Excellent written and oral communication skills and a good eye for detail
We are seeking to appoint to this position a person who:
* Has the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
* Can demonstrate empathy towards the elderly.
* Has a positive “can do” attitude.
* Is non-judgmental and supportive.
* Understands confidentiality.
* Is practical.
