As an Into Work Coach, you will provide high quality and motivational support to learners moving into work placements and work. You will coordinate available (and potential) work placement opportunities for learners, considering location, travel to work, and working hours.
Reporting to the Head of Contract Performance and Relationships, the successful candidate will support learners to overcome personal and professional barriers to progression, whilst providing excellent customer service to employers and other agencies.
