Finance Manager - Immediate Start
About the Role
My Client is a leading high growth SME operating in the manufacturing sector and looking to recruit an experienced Interim Finance Manager to work with them during this period of growth. The role would start immediately and could go permanent for the right person.
Key responsibilities :
* Oversee and produce monthly management accounts
* Partner with the Project Team to look at best practice within project finance
* Simplify procurement and approval processes for effective delivery.
* Implement and maintain robust financial systems and controls.
* Budgeting & Forecasting
* Lead financial planning, forecasting, and stakeholder reporting.
* Oversee compliance and risk management
* Ensure adherence to regulations and tax requirements.
* Manage insurance policies and maintain transparent records.
* Foster collaboration between finance and cross-functional teams.
The Person
1. Ideally you will be Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
2. Five years plus experience in managing a finance function
3. Expert in Xero and advanced Excel skills.
4. Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
5. Proven ability to communicate financial insights clearly and effectively.
