If you have answered yes to the above then Global Highland have the perfect role for you. Based in Inverness our reputable and well established client are looking for a Property Lettings Agent. This is an idea role for someone with experienced within the lettings industry. It doesn't need to be your most recent position, maybe its an area you have taken a break from but have a desire to get back into or have taken time out for another reason - either way experience is a must. If you thrive in a fast paced environment, can work alone and as part of a team and can manage your own workload we have you covered. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential rental properties, providing a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive and organised approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, serving as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants Organise rental valuations, create marketing content, and advertise new property listings Conduct property viewings, check-ins, and check-outs in a professional and courteous manner Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors Ensure all tenancy agreements, lease documentation, and related paperwork are completed accurately and in line with current legislation Conduct quarterly property inspections and prepare detailed reports for landlords Respond to maintenance requests promptly and liaise with trusted tradespeople to coordinate repairs Support the growth of the lettings department by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Key Requirements: Previous experience in property lettings or a similar role is essential Level?6 Certificate in Property Agency – Lettings (SCQF) is desirable Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written Full, clean UK driving licence is essential Confident, well-presented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Proficient in IT systems with the ability to manage various administrative tasks Calm and capable when managing competing priorities and resolving issues If you’re ready to take the next step in your property career and contribute to a friendly, driven team, we’d love to hear from you.
