This is a permanent opportunity offering exposure to high-profile work across both contentious and non-contentious matters.
With a strong international presence and a reputation for excellence, their employment team are known for delivering strategic, commercially focused advice to major corporations, financial institutions, and funds. The work is split 50/50 across contentious and non-contentious matters with work covering:
* Tribunal and High Court litigation, including team moves and restrictive covenant disputes and investigations
* Executive recruitment and terminations
* Employment aspects of corporate transactions and business restructures
* International employment projects
* Day-to-day advisory work for employers
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
* UK qualified associate with a minimum of 2 PQE
* Strong technical employment knowledge with broad exposure to contentious and non-contentious matters
* A proactive approach to business development
* A collaborative mindset and commitment to team growth
