We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Finance Business Partnering Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver expert financial insight across the organisation. This role will suit someone who thrives on collaboration, has strong leadership skills, and is passionate about using financial data to drive decision-making and will bring technical expertise in management accounting, budgeting, and financial modelling—combined with the ability to communicate clearly and influence senior stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who can lead the delivery of accurate and timely management accounts, guide the business planning process, and support strategic initiatives with sound financial ’ll be leading a team of Finance Business Partners and Analysts, building strong relationships with operational teams across the Group to improve financial awareness and empower budget holders.
