Lead all Technical aspects of the business developing the site through continuous improvement initiatives; creating a results driven culture characterised by quality of product, efficiency of process and safe systems of work. Operational Responsibility for Food Safety and quality management, ensuring that products and manufacturing operations meet all quality, food safety and legality requirements. Maintain and develop programmes of continuous improvement. Support the operational teams to achieve optimum performance and compliance with food safety and quality systems requirements. Technical Provide Directors, Managers and business colleagues with guidance and direction on technical systems, developments and improvement initiatives.
