Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out routine scheduled servicing (oil services, inspections) in accordance with brand technical standards and checklists.
* Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks.
* Complete thorough vehicle inspections, including video health checks (e.g., CitNow), to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
* Accurately record work completed, time taken, and parts used.
* Work to the brand’s warranty procedures and technical repair guidelines.
* Occasionally liaise with customers to explain technical findings.
