Part-Time Sales & Business Development Executive

Salary: Base salary + uncapped commission

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to build our sales pipeline from scratch and convert opportunities into long-term clients. This is a high-impact role with strong earning potential for someone who can deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and target potential clients (SMEs, scaling businesses, HR decision-makers)
* Generate leads via outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals)
* Build and manage a structured sales pipeline
* Qualify prospects and book discovery calls
* Support or lead the sales process through to close
* Consistently meet activity and revenue targets
Key Requirements
* Proven track record in sales / business development
* “Hunter” mindset with a focus on new business - experience generating leads and closing deals independently
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Commercial awareness
* Comfortable working in a self-managed, flexible environment
* Experience selling B2B or consultancy/professional services
* Must have right to work in the UK, without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
* Comfortable with a lower base and high commission upside
