Falkland Road, Hull, HU9, GB – We are looking to recruit a Support Worker to join our team.
Pay Rate:£12.90 per hour
Shifts: 08:30-15:00, 14:30-23:00, 08:00-20:30, 20:00-08:30 (Wake nights only). Full time and part time roles available.
What youll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team committed to residents wellbeing, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence.
As a Support Worker, you will assist qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment, provide day‑to‑day support, encourage independent living and help people reach their potential.
Key responsibilities include:
* Encouraging people to live as independently as possible, supporting life‑skills development.
* Providing person‑centred care, personal assistance and daily living support.
* Completing daily electronic and paper record administration.
* Co‑ordinating health and wellbeing support and liaising with specialists.
* Encouraging community participation and integration.
* Embedding the REACH standards into everyday practice.
* Following company policies and procedures.
