Opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor (1-3 PQE) to join a leading International Law Firm, working in their Legal 500-ranked Banking & Finance department.

Operating across Europe, the US and Asia, the firm is recognised for its depth in real estate, finance and cross-border transactional work. Their clients include banks, alternative lenders, debt funds, institutional investors, developers and major real estate operators.
The role
Our client is looking to welcome a 1–3 PQE Real Estate Finance Solicitor to their London-based Banking & Finance team.
The successful candidate will work on lender-led real estate finance matters across a range of asset classes and jurisdictions, acting for bank and non-bank lenders on highly structured transactions.
Key aspects of the role include:
* Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security packages and intercreditor arrangements
* Managing CP checklists and closing processes
* Acting for banks, debt funds, alternative lenders and institutional investors on UK and European financings
* Supporting business development and helping maintain strong client relationships
Required
* Solicitor (qualified in England & Wales) with 1–3 years’ PQE in real estate finance
* Strong technical and commercial skills with proven experience in REF transactions
* Confident drafting and negotiation ability
* Ability to manage files and maintain high levels of client engagement
* Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in BD
