Job Title: Helpdesk Administrator

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
The Role
We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to join a well-established business within the construction and facilities management sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting clients and internal teams.
You will play a key role in coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring client queries are handled effectively, and keeping systems updated with accurate information.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and managing planned and reactive maintenance across construction and facilities projects.
Maintaining accurate project records within the CRM system.
Acting as a first point of contact for clients, handling queries and providing updates.
Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prioritising urgent requests and escalating where necessary.
Supporting the wider team with administration to ensure deadlines are met.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous administrative or coordination experience, ideally within construction, building services, or facilities management.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Experience using CRM systems (Big Change knowledge is desirable but not essential).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
