Responsibilities
* Developing innovative brand and private label products
* Supporting new business opportunities across existing and emerging categories
* Presenting ideas clearly and persuasively to internal teams and customers
* Championing quality, consistency and continuous improvement
* Building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and customer
* Contributing to a one-team culture full of energy, collaboration and shared success
Qualifications
* A qualified chef with previous experience, including at least 2 years in food manufacturing (chilled food desirable)
* A genuine passion for food, creativity and innovation
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Commercial awareness with a desire to improve processes and product quality
* A proactive team player who can work at pace and under pressure
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to meet business needs

Opportunity
In this role you will be working alongside our Development and Commercial teams, you'll support the ongoing development of new and existing products, from blue-sky ideas through to customer approval. You'll bring creativity, commercial awareness and culinary excellence to everything you do, helping us stay ahead of trends and deliver products we're proud of.
