Valuer / Senior Valuer
I have an exciting opportunity to join a well-known, established independent estate agency based in Huntingdon, as a Valuer / Senior Valuer.
This is a unique opportunity to join a market-leading client offering a competitive employment package along with genuine scope for progression/development.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is either already proficient in property valuation or eager to develop into a valuer role.
Proven Residential Sales Negotiation experience is essential along with a Full UK Driving Licence and access to transport during working hours.
About the role:
* Conduct property valuations with confidence and expertise
* Generate new business opportunities to grow market share
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
* Work alongside a highly experienced Branch Manager and Sales Director, gaining exceptional mentorship
* Starting salary around £30,000 - dependent on experience
* First-year OTE of £35,000+, with uncapped earning potential
* Monday to Friday - 9am till 5:30pm
* Saturdays on a rota basis (one Saturday every two weeks - 9:00am until 2:00pm)

About you:
* Proven Property Appraisal/Valuations experience
* Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle - essential
* Exceptional Customer Service
* Strong local knowledge

* Ability to work under your own initiative
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
